Helen L. Miller age 87 of St. Louis, Michigan died Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at Central Michigan Community Hospital Mt. Pleasant, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel St. Louis, MI on Friday, May 11, 2007 at 1:00 PM. Pastor Lillian French will officiate with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery St. Louis, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2007 from 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.

Helen was born in Alma, Michigan on May 8, 1920 the daughter of Edward and Ilene ( Wight ) Baum. She was a lifelong resident of St. Louis, Michigan and attended St. Louis and Alma Schools. Throughout the years, she worked at various jobs including Dow Chemical, Gratiot Community Hospital, Skytop Drive-In, housecleaning and cooking at the Senior Center. She loved sewing, going to flea markets, country music, fishing, and going to bingo. Helen was a member of First United Methodist Church, St. Louis, Michigan.

She is survived by her daughter Coleen Howell & David Helman of Riverdale, MI, son Terry Miller of Texas, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, and 1 brother Roland Baum.

Memorials may be made to Dog Tales Inc. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel.
