Hilma M. Bott, age 84, of St. Louis, MI passed away Friday, November 2, 2012 at Schnepp Health Care Center, St. Louis, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes St. Louis Chapel St. Louis, MI on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Ron Frederick will officiate. Burial will take place at Jasper Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday November 4, 2012 from 4-6 P.M. at the Funeral Home

Hilma was born in Seth, West Virginia on October 20, 1928, the daughter of William Clay and Letha Addie (Mays) Humphrey. Hilma married Clare Bott on September 13, 1947 in Breckenridge. Clare passed away on July 3, 2004. Hilma lived most of her life in St. Louis.

She liked to travel and camp. Hilma loved to cook & bake, especially baking cookies with her grandchildren. She was fond of gardening and loved her roses.
Hilma attended Porter Free Methodist Church.

She is survived by 3 daughters Loretta Bott of St. Louis, MI, Kathy and Jim Somerville of St. Louis, MI, Robin Bott of Alma, MI; 2 grandchildren Jennifer and Bob Corrigan, Josh Rippie, 4 great-grandchildren Dann Corrigan, Chelsea Corrigan, Shelby Corrigan, Cameron Sinclair; 2 brothers Dorsey and Leone Humphrey of St. Louis, MI, Jack and Loretta Humphrey of St. Louis, MI.

Hilma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother James Humphrey and a sister Lena Thompson.
