Ida (Moreland) Teall

    Ida Teall, age 94, of Alma, MI, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2022, at Arbor Grove Assisted Living, Alma, MI.

    Graveside Services will be held at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Breckenridge, MI, on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 10:30 A.M. with Dr. Keith Wise officiating.

    Ida was born in Brownstown, Illinois on September 6, 1927, the daughter of Lester and Lucy (Eller) Moreland.  She graduated from Stanton High School.  On February 8, 1946, she married Joseph "Joe" Teall in Breckenridge, Michigan. They were blessed with 70 years of marriage prior to Joe's passing on December 12, 2016. 

    Ida enjoyed putting puzzles together and reading. She loved being a wife and mother and taking care of her family.  She spent many years watching grandchildren and others in her home.  Her world revolved around spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

    She is survived by her daughter Maggie and Ron Pratt of Merrill, MI; son Ernie and Kristi Teall of Harrison, MI; grandchildren: Carrie and Josh Salladay of St. Louis, MI; Jill and Sammy Davenport of Merrill, MI; Travis and Sharvari Teall of Mt. Pleasant, MI; Michael and Kait Hasler of Belmont, MI; Tiffany and Tyler Krzciok of Lowell, MI; and Matthew and Samantha Hasler of Belding, MI. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren: Macie, Hunter, Blair, Dylan, and Aubrey.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Joe, grandson Zachary Teall, and her eight siblings.
