Iladene Urban

Iladene F. Urban of St. Johns, died December 7, 2014 at the age of 94. Born in Grand Ledge, MI on January 13, 1920, she was the daughter of Charles and Addie (Dalius) Colby and was a retired inspector with Federal Mogul for 27 A½ years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Methodist Women's Society. She married Richard Urban on August 25, 1940.

She is survived by her daughter Leilani Flower of Harrison; son, Gary (Jean) Urban of Holland; grandsons, John (Darla) Urban of Cincinnati, Paul (Jen) Urban of Muskegon and Andrew (Regan) Urban of Howell; as well as 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Iladene was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, a daughter, Vickie Maureen Urban, half-brother, Myron Kebler, half-sister, Lucille Colestock, and son-in-law, Howard Flower.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Osgood Funeral Home, 104 E. Cass St., St. Johns with Pastor Paul Urban officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 200 E. State St., St. Johns, MI 48879 or to Hometown Hospice, 3145 W. Mt. Hope Ave., Lansing, MI 48911.
