Imogene Heuer

Imogene Heuer, age 85, went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2013. She was born in Pontiac, MI, on November 16, 1928, the daughter of Walter and Charlene (Paris) Beaudin. She married Doyne Heuer on June 25, 1949 and he preceded her in death on February 15, 2009. Imogene attended First Baptist Church of St. Johns, was a member of the Eastern Star and retired from St. Johns Public Schools.

She is survived by her children, Janice (Doug) Walton of Spring Lake, Jackie (Bob) Mitosinka and Mike (Julie) Heuer all of St. Johns, 6 grandchildren, Jadon (Ann) Walton, Megan (Jason Conran) Walton, Wendy Huey, Rob (Jennifer) Heuer, Lacy (Dave) Greer, Nick Heuer and 10 great grandchildren. Imogene was preceded in death by her husband, Doyne Heuer, her parents, granddaughter, Christa Mitosinka and grandson in law, David Huey.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Osgood Funeral Home in St. Johns with Pastor Tim Knaus officiating, burial to follow at Mt. Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday.

Memorials may be made to Grace Haven Assisted Living Center in St. Johns. The family is being served by the Osgood Funeral Homes.
