Iris Drake

Iris Drake age 88, of St. Louis, MI passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at her home.

A Memorial Service will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. with family officiating. Burial will take place at Payne Cemetery, Fulton Township, MI.

Iris was born in North Shade Township, MI on April 11, 1928 the daughter of Louis and Dorothy (Bowser) Blair.  Iris was a Fulton High School graduate and resided most of her life in the Perrinton area.  Iris loved to travel.  She was the owner of Drake Accounting in St. Louis.  Iris was a talented piano player for many years.  She was a member of Maranatha Church, Perrinton, MI.  Iris will be remembered as a loyal and strong loving person.

She is survived by her sister Betty and Glenn Drake of Horton, MI, 3 sisters-in-law; Verena Howell of Alma, MI, Ina Blair of Fowler, MI and Rosalie Blair of Perrinton, MI.  Iris is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several good friends.  Iris was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ronald Howell, sister Irene and Marvin Drake, brother Russell Blair and brother Burtis Blair.
