Jack Duane Campbell age 73 of Ithaca, MI, passed away Friday, September 7, 2018, at his home after a battle with cancer.

Military Honors and Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, E. Tyler Rd., Ithaca, MI, on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 10:00 A.M.  A Celebration of Jack's life will be held immediately following at Oasis Community Church, 1250 E. Washington Rd. Ithaca, MI, with Pastor Dale Wolfe officiating.

Jack was born in Perrinton, MI on December 8, 1944, the son of Fred and MaryEllen (Cooper) Campbell.  He graduated from Alma High School with the class of 1964.  He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Air Force.  On October 10, 1970, Jack married Nancy Mancini at the Alma United Methodist Church, Alma, MI.  She preceded him in death on December 31, 2014.

Jack worked as an inspector for EightCAP, Inc for many years and served as handyman at the Oasis Community Church for the last three years.  Jack loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He was an avid Ithaca Yellow Jackets Fan, especially watching his grandsons play football.  He was a model train and plane enthusiast.  He also loved to go camping and agate hunting up north.  Jack was a member of Oasis Community Church, Ithaca.

Jack is survived by 3 sons: Dan (Kim) Campbell of Sumner, Mikeal (Jacquelyn) Campbell of Hope, and Tony Campbell of Ithaca; 4 grandchildren: Colton, Blake, Reese, and Harriet; 2 sisters: Jacquelyn (Benjamin) Clark of Marion, and Pamela (Jim) Erskin of Vestaburg; 4 nephews: Todd (Traci) McCormick, Trevor (Michele) McCormick, Kean (Lori) Clark, and Theron (Becky) Clark. He is also survived by step-mother Sandra Campbell of AZ, and 4 step-brothers and sisters: Paul (Karen) Robb, Valerie (Suzanne Oberste) Robb, Andrea (Elaine Andaloro) Robb, and Kirk Robb.  Jack was preceded in death by his parents and wife Nancy in 2014.
