James Rippie

James Kevin Rippie, age 58, of St. Louis, MI passed away Friday, June 20th, 2014 at Woodland Hospice, Mt. Pleasant, MI. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
James was born in Alma, Michigan on October 25, 1955, the son of Dwain and Catherine (Chase) Rippie.
Jim retired from Alma Products after 11 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his nieces & nephews. He was a member of the North American Fishing Club.
He is survived by his brothers Dave Rippie of St. Louis, MI.; Scott Rippie of Alma, MI; sister Cathy Hofstetter of Edon, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Jim is preceded in death by his parents, sister Diane Johnston, brother in law Darrell Hofstetter, nephew Kobey and his best friend Ralph Cummings.
