Janet Ann Bogan age 62 of Carland, Michigan died Tuesday, April 25, 2006 at her home.
Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel on Friday, April 28, 2006 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Eric Stanton will officiate. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2006 from 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
Janet was born in Lansing, Michigan on February 24, 1944 the daughter of Kenneth Edward and Maude Esther ( Sutherby ) Walker. She resided most of her life in Ovid, Michigan graduated from Ovid-Elsie High School. Janet married Herbert Bogan on July 16, 1982 in Corunna, Michigan. She worked for Alternitive Services of Shiawassee County. She enjoyed bowling and her dogs.
She is survived by husband Herber Bogan of Carland, MI, 2 daughters Lydia Champion of Rockford, IL, Jodi Bogan of Carland, MI, and 1 brother Marion & Mary Jane Walker of Ovid, MI. She is predeceased by her parents, and 2 brothers Benjamin and Rodney Walker.
Memorials may be made to American Heart Association. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel.
