Jeffery Dale "Jeff" Stauffer

     Jeffery Dale Stauffer, age 63, of St. Johns, MI, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at his home.

     A Graveside Service will be held at Richland Township Cemetery, Vestaburg, Michigan at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, December 15, 2023, with Greg Stauffer officiating.

     Jeffery was born in Lansing, Michigan on May 12, 1960, the son of Melvin and Alberta (Fralick) Stauffer.  He was a graduate of St. Johns High School with the class of 1978.  Jeff served his country in the U.S. Army.  Jeff married Suzanna J. Studer on June 22, 2007; they were married in St. Johns, MI.

     Jeff built his home from scratch.  He was always there to help his daughter whenever needed and referred to her as his junior.  Jeff loved to go camping and quad riding.  When he and his family went camping, they rustic camped in tents with no running water and no electricity.  Jeff was a devoted father and husband, his first priority was his family. It was important to him to gather his family prior to his death to celebrate his life and happy memories.  Jeff remembered the importance of having date nights with Suzanna. 

     He is survived by his wife Suzanna Stauffer; daughter Abigail Stauffer; sister Linda Stauffer; brother Tom Stauffer; brother Daniel Stauffer; father and mother-in-law Robert and Beth Studer.  Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Richard Stauffer.
