JoAnn R. Schultz age 67 of Wheeler, Michigan died Tuesday, February 7, 2008 at Gratiot Medical Center, Alma, Michigan.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel St. Louis, MI on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held at Ridgelawn Cemetery Breckenridge, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 8, 2008 from 5-8 P.M.

JoAnn was born in Oakland County, Michigan on August 14, 1940 the daughter of Selby DeLoss and Jessie Loretta ( Fisher ) Monroe. She resided most of her life in Breckenridge, MI and attended Wheeler schools. She was a homemaker, and a waitress for several years. She loved spending time with her grandkids. JoAnn was an avid NASCAR and U of M fan. She was a mother figure to many people who knew her.

She is survived by 5 children; Ron Tester of Grand Rapids, MI, Loretta & Al LaClair of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Brenda McEntee & Bob of Breckenridge, MI, Josie & Terry Seeley of Wheeler, MI, Justin & Nicole Jermolowicz of Breckenridge, MI, 15 grandchildren; Cassie, Tasha, Amanda, Breanna, Taren, Keisha, Brandon, Tristan, Dylan, Jaydon, Tanner, Gavin, Serena, Joe, and Anthony, 1 great grandson Caleb, 2 great granddaughters; Emma & Kensley, 2 brothers; Harold Monroe of Traverse City, MI, Ira "Sonny" Monroe of North Branch, MI, 3 sisters; Jean Bond of Pinconning, MI, Betty Ferren of Florida, Beatrice Span of North Carolina. She is predeceased by her parents, daughter Kelly, grandson Ronnie, granddaughter Jolene, and sister Donna.

Memorials may be made to Wheeler-Breckenridge Rescue or the Breckenridge American Legion Post #295. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel.
