John Bajena

John Louis Bajena, age 86, of St. Louis, MI passed away Friday, June 29th, 2012 at his home.
Funeral Services will be held at Mt. St. Joseph Catholic Church St. Louis, MI on Tuesday, July 3rd at 1:00 P.M. with Fr. James Bessert officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at 1:00 P.M.
John was born in Forest Hill, Michigan on May 19, 1926, the son of Stanley and Margaret Bajena.
John enjoyed tinkering with and repairing anything from toasters to tractors. He was a lifelong farmer who had a passion for raising animals and crops. John loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was extremely proud of them all. He attended Mt. St. Joseph Catholic Church and served his country in the United States Army.
John is survived by his daughter Katherine and Carl Goschke of St. Louis, MI; son Jeffrey and Heather Bajena of Mt. Pleasant, MI; step son Tony and Pam of Mt. Pleasant, MI. 7 Grandchildren: Benjamen, Michelle, Carl, Jeffrey, Jason, Katie and Mercedes and 4 Great Grandchildren: Carl John, Alexander, Brandon and Nina. He is also survived two sisters: Ann Cater and Victoria Bennett and one brother, Henry Bajena.
John was preceded in death by his parents, brother Anthony and his life long partner Beverly.
