John Skapik

John Skapik, age 87, passed away on September 21, 2014. He was born on November 7, 1926 in Clinton County, the son of Stefan and Marta (Vavara) Skapik. He was retired from Federal Mogul, but his heart was home on the farm.

He is survived by his niece, Ethel Kuhns and his great-niece, Lisa Hollis.

The funeral service will be on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Osgood Funeral Home, 104 East Cass Street, St. Johns, MI with Earl Barks officiating. Burial will follow at Ford Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ford Cemetery.
