Joshua Michael Ogden, age 28, of Oakley and formerly of Owosso, MI passed away Sunday, March 14, 2010 at Covenant Healthcare, Saginaw, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Jennings-Lyons Chapel Owosso, MI on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-5 PM at the Funeral Home.

Joshua was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 6, 1981 and resided most of his life in Owosso. He served his country in the U.S. Marines. Joshua worked for BCN Services. Family was very important to him. He attended New Life Church, Owosso, MI.

Joshua is survived by his mother Dawn and Gary Scripter of Evart, MI, step-father Jim Rogers of Florida, father Michael Ogden and Margaret of Evart, MI, children; Morgan and Cameron Ogden of Wyoming, MI, fiancée Bridget Somers of Oakley, MI, and her 2 children; Harold Chapman II of Oakley, MI, Andrea Troyer of Oakley, MI, 6 sisters; Kimberly Cirka and Tom of Florida, Elizabeth and Chris Nicholson of Reed City, MI, Tracy Rogers and Jimmy of Evart, MI, Melissa Mitchell of Big Rapids, MI, Cheryl Rogers-Gross and David of Essexville, MI, Amelia Scripter of Evart, MI, 2 brothers; James Rogers, Jr. and Wyndi of Big Rapids, MI, and Kenny Rogers and Brittany of Evart, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Joshua was preceded in death by his grandparents, aunt Teri, uncle Rick and cousin Jessica.
