June Ann (Wanieta) Zimmerman, age 81, of Ithaca, Michigan died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at The Laurels Of Mt. Pleasant, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.

A Graveside Service will be held at North Star Cemetery on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 11:00 A.M., Mr. Keith Wise will officiate.

June was born in Alma, Michigan on June 3, 1929, the daughter of Joseph and Josephine Jarosemich. She graduated from Ithaca High School with the class of 1948. On November 10, 1949 she married Harold Zimmerman in Indiana. Harold died on January 1, 1990. June and Harold owned and operated the Zimmerman Chrysler, Plymouth & Dodge dealership for 35 years and they also operated the family farm, both in Ithaca. June enjoyed golfing and was a member of the Elks Lodge in Alma, Michigan.

She is survived by 2 sons; Dennis Zimmerman and Rodger Zimmerman, 2 granddaughters; Meredith and Nathan Jones, and Morgan Zimmerman. She was predeceased by her parents, 1 son Richard, and 4 brothers.
