Kandra Jo (Webber) Hadanek

        Kandra Jo Hadanek, age 65, of Alma, MI, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 with her husband by her side, at MyMichigan Medical Center, Alma, MI.

    A Memorial Service will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca, MI, at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, with Pastor Reid Martin officiating.  Visitation will take place Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.  Burial will take place at New Haven Township Cemetery at a later date.

    Kandra was born in Alma, Michigan on October 13, 1956, the daughter of Ray and Edith (Andrews) Webber.  She graduated from Fulton High School with the class 1975.  Kandra married Terry Hadanek on October 8, 2009.  Kandra worked many years at Twin City Landscape and retired from IAC in 2018.  She loved working in her flowers and her dog, Sadie and cat, Patches.  She was an excellent cook and she made many patch work quilts for family and friends. 

   She is survived by her husband Terry  Hadanek, sister Pamela and Darvis LaVoy, Terry's children: Heldt Hadanek, and Nicki and Louis Abrams, niece Angela LaVoy and Pat Hartman, nephews: Mark and Leota LaVoy, Jeff LaVoy and Amanda Allen, great nephew Kris Peck and her best friends: Wanda O'Boyle & Gail Moes .  She was preceded in death by her parents, two baby sisters and nephew Ryan LaVoy.
