Karen M. Marr age 76, of St. Louis, MI, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Schnepp Health Care Center, St. Louis, MI.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Louis, MI with Pastor John Eich officiating.

Karen was born in Alma, MI on May 23, 1942, the daughter of Harvey Jay and Edith Josephine (Kathe) Thompson.  She graduated from St. Louis High School with the class of 1960.  On December 22, 1962 Karen married Terry B. Marr Sr. in Ithaca.  Together they celebrated 44 years of marriage before his passing on October 24, 2007.  Their marriage was blessed with four children: Vicki, Terry, Tracy, and Steven.

Karen was a loving mother who took wonderful care of her family and all the neighbor kids.  She adored her grandchildren and spent countless hours spoiling them.  Karen and Terry enjoyed motorcycle riding and winters in Florida.  She loved to feed the cows oranges.

Karen is survived her children: Vicki (Tim) Tucker of Deland, FL;  Terry (Tiffany) Marr Jr. of St. Louis; Tracy (Tim) Schultz of St. Louis; and Steven (Danielle) Marr of Charlotte.  She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Jennifer, Shannon, Joshua, Logan, Paige, Mylia, and Rayli.  She is also survived by two great-grandchildren: Haven and Jordyn.  Karen was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Terry in 2007.
