Kathie Bridget Hustin age 67 of Elsie, Michigan died Monday, June 7, 2004 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in St. Johns, Michigan.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 11, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel. Pastor Larry Howland will officiate with burial at Riverside Cemetery, Elsie, Michigan. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 9, 2004 5-8 P.M. and Thursday, June 10, 2004 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
Kathie was born in Birch Run on September 23, 1936 the daughter of Edward & Alice ( Yeoman ) Courtney. She married Edward J. Hustin in Midland, Michigan on January 26, 1963. Kathie was a homemaker and a past member of the Ladies Auxiliary in Bannister, Michigan and Owosso, Michigan. She resided most of her life in Elsie, Michigan.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Angela Gehringer of Ovid, MI, Sandra & Daniel Grubaugh of Ovid, MI, 1 son, Anthony & LuCinda Hustin of Ovid, MI, 2 sisters, Mary & George Jacobs of Midland, MI, Margarett Courtney of Midland, MI, 7 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, husband, and 5 brothers: Edward, Mike, Martin, Daniel, & Richard Courtney, 1 sister Annabelle Day and grandson Scott.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donora�(TM)s choice. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel.
