Ken A. Pyman age 84 of St. Louis, Michigan died Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at Gratiot Medical Center Alma, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel St. Louis, MI on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Sam Dunbar will officiate with burial at Chapel Garden Cemetery Elwell, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 16, 2007 from 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.

Kenneth was born in Alma, Michigan on December 7, 1922 the son of Hedley and Nellie ( Hundy ) Pyman. He resided most of his life in St. Louis, Michigan and attended Alma Schools. Kenneth married Helen Raymond in 1943. She died in 1988. He then married Sharon Gushen on May 18, 1993 in St. Louis, MI. He retired from Local UAW #85 of Saginaw Plumber/Pipe Fitters Union after several years of service. He was an avid golfer, hunter, fisherman, and he enjoyed camping. He loved his family very much and enjoyed spending time with them. Kenneth was a member of St. Louis Church of God.

He is survived by his wife Sharon Pyman of St. Louis, MI, 2 daughters; Diana & John Sieting of St. Louis, MI, Louann & John Herlihy of Alaska, 2 step-daughters; Tina Hicks of Stanton, MI, Jennifer & Matthew Shattuck of Edmore, MI, 10 grandchildren, 7 step grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and 1 sister Pat & Burt Priest of St. Louis, MI. He is predeceased by his parents, wife Helen, daughter Linda, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel.
