Larry Behl

Larry W. Behl, died April 26, 2010, at the age of 72. Born on August 6, 1937, in Cadillac, the son of Arthur and Gladys (Ferris) Behl. Larry retired from General Motors and was a former member of the V.F.W. Post #1735 in Perrinton, having served in the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his brother, Harold Behl, sister in law, Dora Behl, brother in law, James Wohlfert, special nieces, Traci Behl, Janice Searles and Wendy Behl, great nieces and nephews, Angela, Matthew, Christopher, Andrew, Tristan and Ty, also, many more nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Melvin, David and Herman, sisters, Leatrice, Elaine, Sally and Joyce.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 29, 2010, at the Abbott Chapel of Osgood Funeral Homes, 509 E. Main St., Maple Rapids, with Pastor Kathy Leydorf officiating, burial to follow at Sowle Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., on Wednesday.
