Leon Lennemann

Leon John Lennemann, died May 27, 2011, at the age of 69. He was born on June 17, 1941, in Lansing, the son of Leo and Mary Lennemann. Leon was a retired Millwright at Motor Wheel in Lansing and he also served his country in the United States Air Force.

Leon is survived by his sons, Michael and Patrick Lennemann, his step-daughters, Becky, Julie and Missy and step-son, Bobby, grandchildren, Victoria, Jacob and Rylee Lennemann. He is also survived by his sisters, Delores Cornelius, Judy (Bernie) Goodwin, Jeanne (Clyde) Hanson, Marietta (Barry) Hanson and many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Leon was preceded in death by his brother, Stanley.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 4:30 pm, Thursday, June 9, 2011, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Johns, with Rev. Fr. Eoin Murphy officiating.
