Leota H. Allen age 86 of Corunna, Michigan died Sunday, April 8, 2007 at Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility Corunna, MI.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Northgate Wesleyan Church Owosso, MI on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at 2:00 PM. Pastor Cal Emerson will officiate.

Leota was born in Saginaw, Michigan on October 12, 1920 the daughter of Ole Elmer and Florence Mildred ( Niles ) Price. She resided most of her life in Corunna area graduated from Corunna High School. Leota married Russell H. Allen on June 21, 1941. He passed away in 2002. Leota was a member of Northgate Wesleyan Church, Owosso, MI.

She is survived by her daughter Betty & Roger Bannister of Perry, MI, 3 grandchildren; Robert Hess of Indian River, MI, Timothy & Carolyn Hess of Henderson, MI, Allen & Lori Fookes of Perry, MI, great grandchildren; Dan, Sarah, Casey, Carrie, & Caleb, sisters; Alice & Richard Lewis, Phyliss Baker, and several special nieces & nephews & close friends. She is predeceased by her husband, 1 son Robert Allen, 1 granddaughter Victoria Hess, sister Ialene, and brothers LeRoy, Kenneth, & Ole E. Jr.

Memorials may be made to Shiawassee Medical Facility - South Garden Fund. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
