Lewis L. Smith, age 92, Flint, MI passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at Eaton Community Hospice, Charlotte, MI.
Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Jennings-Lyons Chapel Owosso, MI on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Charlotte Miller will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery Bennington Township, MI. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 1- 2 PM prior to the service.
Lewis was born in Gladwin County, Michigan on September 9, 1917, the son of Fred and Lulu Smith. He resided most of his life in Owosso.
Lewis is survived by 3 nephews; Ron, Gary & Cliff Smith. He is also survived by his extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Irene and Hazel and his brothers; Clifford, Walter, Kenny and Leroy.
