Lillian Bass

Lillian Marie Bass daughter of Terry and Brittney (Smak) Bass, passed away on October 3, 2014 at the age of 5 A½ weeks old. She was born in St. Johns on August 25, 2014.

Along with her parents she is survived by her sisters, Kiara Belle Parker and Olivia Lindsey Smak, grandparents, Bill Smak of St. Johns, Carolyn Tokarchick of St. Johns, aunts, Dawn Zepeda, Nichole Smak, Amanda Smak, Erica Call, Megan Tokarchick, uncles, Barney Bass, Donald Zepeda, Dustin Pierce, Corbin Tokarchick, Jacob Tokarchick, Bradley Bullard and Ryan Heinlen, Godfather, Lynn Thelen and great grand mother, Lillian Smak.

Funeral services were held Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 10:00a.m. with Pastor Virginia Wickwire officiating at the Osgood Funeral Home in St. Johns.
