Lillian Manns

Lillian Louise Manns age 92, of St. Louis, MI, passed away Friday, November 9, 2018, at Hospice House of Mid Michigan, Lansing, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca, MI, on Monday, November 12, 2018, at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Thomas Messer officiating.  Burial will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Alma, MI.  Visitation will be held on Monday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.

Lillian was born in Voltaire, ND on November 13, 1925, the daughter of Christian and Emma (Wimpfheimer) Bohner.  She was a welder for Contech for over 30 years, retiring in 2003.  Lillian was a member of Peace Lutheran Church Alma.  Lillian loved garage sales and working in her flowers.

Lillian is survived by 4 children: Dianne Long of St. Louis, Dorothy (Michael) Madden of Carp Lake, Lois (James) Carroll of Sumner, and Gary (Deborah) Manns of Lansing; 8 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.  Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, and 5 siblings.
