Lillie Freeman

Lillie Mazel Freeman, age 64, of St. Johns, Michigan passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Sparrow Hospital, in Lansing, Michigan.

Funeral services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Osgood Chapel, 104 E. Cass St, St. Johns, Michigan on Monday, April 18,  2016 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Dave Leisman from Valley Farms Baptist Church officiating.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2016, from 2-8 P.M. with the family present from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Lillie was born in Harts, West Virginia on July 22, 1951, the daughter of Miller and Margaret (Whitt) Conley.  Lillie resided most of her life in Lansing and St. Johns, Michigan.  She and Steven were married on September 13, 2003 in St. Johns, Michigan.

Lillie spent her entire life caring for her family and loved ones, she always put others first.  Lillie was an avid fan of over forty-years of the Young and the Restless.  Lillie loved all flowers.

She is survived by her husband Steve Freeman of St. Johns, Michigan, 2 sons; Ronnie and Angie Mullins of Grand Ledge, Michigan, Steve and Jenny Mullins of Bath, Michigan, daughter Jacqueline (Fleming) and Thomas Enterline of Dimondale, Michigan, 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, sister Barbara Browning (Gene - Deceased) of West Virginia, sister Elizabeth Payne (Lawrence - Deceased) of West Virginia,  brother Archie Conley of West Virginia, sister Margaret Henthorn (Ray) of West Virginia, brother Billie Conley (Debbie) of West Virginia, sister Wanda Alexander (Mark) of West Virginia,  brother Tommy Conley (Tadenia) of West Virginia,  brother-in-law Michael Freeman (Susan) of Dewitt, Michigan,  brother-in-law Brian Freeman (Kari) of Owosso, Michigan,  brother-in-law Kevin Freeman (Ginny) of Elsie, Michigan, brother-in-law David Gwisdalla (Julie) of Monument, Colorado, and brother-in-law Jason (Jennifer) of Elsie, Michigan.  Lillie is also survived by many, many nieces and nephews. Lillie was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Debra (Fleming) Phillips (Tony) of St. Johns, Michigan, her brother Simp Conley (Weezy - Deceased) of West Virginia, sister Diane Nelson (Johnnie) of West Virginia, brother Stoney Conley (Suzy) of West Virginia,  and sister Jessie Hearon (Leon - Deceased) of West Virginia.
