Linda Cummings

Linda Lee Cummings, age 74, of Breckenridge, MI died Sunday, November 11th, 2012 at her residence. Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel on Thursday, November 15th at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Jeannie Winther will officiate. Burial will take place at Chapel Garden Cemetery in Elwell, MI. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes.

Linda was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 3, 1938, the daughter of Francis A. and Lenore Melba (Lybolt) McAnallen. She graduated from Alma High School. Linda married Edwin Keith Cummings on May 22, 1964 in Evanston, IL. He preceded her in death on August 7, 2010 after 46 years of marriage.

Linda loved crafting, and spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed monthly classmate meetings. She was a member of Mt. St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Louis.

She is survived by two sons; Kevin Cummings of Muskegon, MI; Kerri and Rebecca Cummings of St. Louis, MI; daughter Kelli Cummings of Freeland, MI; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 sisters Cinda and Larry Anstey of New Mexico; Vicki and Sam Peterson of Greenville, MI; and a brother in law Steve Rumpf of Orange Park, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister Karen Rumpf.
