Lois Warren

Lois J. Warren, age 81, passed away April 1, 2012 in St. Johns, Michigan. Lois was born in Bingham Township, Michigan on June 24, 1930, the daughter of John and Florence (Bailey) Ordway. She graduated from Rodney B. Wilson High School in 1949 and retired as a cook from Fulton Schools in 1992 after 18 years of service. On September 29, 1951, Lois married Franklin D. "Bud" Warren and he preceded her in death December 24, 1996.

Surviving are three daughters, Cheryl (Thomas) Townsend of Maple Rapids, Annette (Tim) Pierce of Eaton Rapids and Elaine (Jim) Larsen of Fowler, one son, Bradford (Mary) Warren of Maple Rapids, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and one sister, Donna Williams of Prudenville, Michigan.

Lois' wishes were to be cremated. There will be no visitation. A private graveside service will be 4 P.M. Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Eureka Cemetery with Pastor Kathy Leydorf-Keck officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or the American Cancer Society or to a charity of her family's choice. The family is being served by the Osgood Funeral Homes.
