Lorine Jones age 86 of Alma, Michigan formerly of St. Louis, Michigan died Sunday, July 31, 2005 at Schnepp Health Care Center St. Louis, MI

Funeral Services will be held at St. Louis Church of Christ St. Louis, MI on Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at 11:00 AM. Mr. Keith J. Wise & Rev. James Adams will officiate with burial at Emerson Township Cemetery Emerson Township, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2005 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.

Lorine was born in Montcalm County, Michigan on December 5, 1918 the daughter of Samuel H. and Irene ( Udell ) Cramer. She graduated from St. Louis High School with the class of 1936 and resided most of her life in St. Louis, Michigan. Lorine married Charles E. Jones of St. Louis, Michigan August 6, 1938. He passed away on January 11, 1977. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, quilting & crafts. She loved to collect salt & pepper shakers. In the past she was very active in her church and community. Lorine was a member of St. Louis Church of Christ.

She is survived by 3 daughters; Marlene & Bill Halliwill of Alma, MI, Beverly & Dallas McClain of Weidman, MI, Gloria & Gerald Soules of Jackson, MI, 1 son Ronald & Pat Jones of St. Louis, MI, 15 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, 2 children; Edward L. Jones, Helen Louise Jones, 5 sisters, and 3 brothers.

Memorials may be made to St. Louis Church of Christ Building Fund. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis, Chapel.
