Lucille Lamrouex

Lucille M. Lamrouex, age 91, passed away Tuesday March 13, 2012 at Sparrow St. Lawrence Hospice, Lansing, MI.

Visitation will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Johns Chapel, St. Johns, MI, on Friday, March 16, 2012 from 11:00 A.M - 1:00 P.M. Burial will take place at Ridge Road Cemetery, Oakley, MI.

Lucille was born August 22, 1920 in Brady Township. She was the daughter of Lewis and Grace (Kingsbury) Lamrouex. She had lived in the Saginaw, Owosso, and St Johns areas for most of her life. Lucille was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist in Owosso. She worked at Universal Electric in Owosso until retirement. She enjoyed cooking for family and always enjoyed visiting with her many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Surviving her are numerous nieces and nephews, especially caring for her are nephews Gary (predeceased) and wife Linda Holmes of St Johns, Duane Holmes of Sterling Heights, and Gale and Connie Holmes of Okemos. She was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters; R.D. Lamrouex, Lewis Lamrouex, L.G. Lamrouex, Lottie Becker, Beatrice Skinner, and Berniece Caverly.
