Lunetta L. "Nettie" Lott, age 90, of rural Pompeii, MI passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Laurels of Carson City with her devoted husband by her side.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca, MI on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 1:00 P.M., with Mrs. Jo Jones officiating.  Burial will take place at North Star Cemetery, North Star, MI.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday December 8, 2015 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Lunetta was born in Washington Township, Michigan on October 27, 1925, the daughter of Archie and Lillie H. (Mikesell) Jolly.  Nettie resided most of her life in rural Pompeii.  On July 10, 1959 she married Howard D. Lott in Carson City.

Nettie worked at Wolverine Shoe for 32 years.  She also owned and operated North Star Trader for 15 years. Nettie liked to fish and play horseshoes.  She loved to dance and was always involved in the community.  Nettie will be remembered for her outgoing personality.

She is survived by her husband Howard Lott of rural Pompeii, MI, daughter-in-law Rosemarie Ayers of Hemlock, MI, sister Nellie Dickenson of Middleton, MI.  Nettie was preceded in death by her parents, two sons; Leroy and Robert Ayers, one granddaughter Sherry Annette Ayers, one brother Earl Jolly and a sister Dellie Leslie.
