Mable Frances Cunningham (Cowles), went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 20, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Owosso, Michigan to Jean Cowles on February 7, 1934.

She loved her family very dearly; she was a homemaker that enjoyed being there for her family. She loved camping, taking long drives, playing cards, and most of all her flowers. If anyone knew her they would know she had a Heart of Gold and would do anything for them that she could. She touched many lives. She has lived all of her life here in Owosso, Michigan. Mable was a member of Gilead Baptist Church and Member of the V.F.W. Post 9455 of Owosso, Michigan.

Pastor Mike Prince and Pastor Reggie Adkins will be officiating at the Service. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, February 26, 2011, at 1:00 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.

She is survived by her children Dean & Rita Cunningham Jr. and Joseph V. Cunningham & Pat. Grandchildren Erin, Doug, Crystal, Jackson III, Amanda, Amber, Christopher, Wesley, Tom & Tina Limbaugh, Penny Springer, Jennifer & Dave Kasten, Kipp Friess & Nickie, Great Grandchildren; Corbyn, Miranda, Bradley, Jason, Cody, Jasmine, Enoch, Mackenzie, and Makayla; Great Great Grandchild Madison Vantielen; Brothers; Wayne & Rody Spencer of Tacoma, Washington, Bernie & Gloria of Keystone Florida, Leo & Joy Cowles of Wellston, Michigan, Roxy & Betty Cowles of New Castle, Wyoming, Ray & Jan Cowles of Gaylord, Michigan, Wimp & Sherri Cowles of Kaliva, Michigan. Lots of Nieces and Nephews, Brother-in-laws and Sister-in-laws. Special Friends; June Macklin and Jerry & Bonnie Hehrer, and Mariann Matthewson, to all I love you.

She was predeceased by her Mother and Loving Husband Dean Jack Cunningham Sr. February 18, 2005, her Loving Daughter Viola Jean Friess October 7, 2003, Loving Grandson Jacob Deering, Beloved Sisters; Sukie Montgomery of Owosso, MI, Frank Schibner of Morrice, MI, Eileen Hicks of Tacoma, Washington. Beloved Brothers; Bud Spencer of Owosso, MI, Todd Spencer of Manistee, MI, LeRoy Cowell of Morrice, MI. In lieu of floweres, donations may be made to an educational fund for her Great-Grandchildren.
