Maria Delgado

Maria Rosa Delgado, age 20, of St. Louis, MI, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022, as the result of an automobile accident.

A Memorial Service will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes St. Louis, MI, at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, January 28, 2022. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Maria was born in Alma, Michigan on September 10, 2001, the daughter of Juan and Sally (Dickerson) Delgado. She graduated from St. Louis High School with the class of 2019, where she was active in softball.

Maria loved listening to music, drawing, tattoos, and piercings. She also enjoyed being outdoors. Maria loved spending time with her brother and sister. She was employed as a welder with Avalon Tahoe.

She is survived by her parents Juan and Sally Delgado of St. Louis, MI; one brother Juan Manuel Delgado of St. Louis, MI; and her sister Alessandra Delgado of St. Louis, MI; grandparents: Barbara and Jake Havens of Alma, MI; and Soledad Rodriguez of Mexico. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers: David Dickerson and Jorge Delgado.
