Marian Fisher

Marian Kay Fisher, age 72, of Ithaca, MI passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at her home.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Marian was born in Alma, Michigan on September 8, 1943, the daughter of Parks and Doris (Balanger) Allen.   Marian resided most of her life Ithaca. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Central Michigan University.  Marian married Donald Fisher on August 25, 1962.  Marian enjoyed sewing, pottery, computers, macramé and taking photos.  She taught college courses. Marian retired from Soaring Eagle Casino as a Poker Dealer.

She is survived by her husband Donald Fisher of Ithaca, MI, son James and Susan Fisher of Ithaca, MI, grandchildren; Calob Giles, Megan Giles, Caden Giles, Cassandra Worrall, Jason Reiter, Brian Fisher, Wendy Fisher, Michelle Fisher and Kyle Hussong, great-grandchildren; Eileen Gaspar, Nestor Mendez, Jeremiah Fisher, Christopher Fisher, Colton Hughes, Christanna Hughes, Clayton Hughes, Riley Hussong, Aria'onna Webb; mother Doris Riddle of Alma, MI, brother Phil and Eve Allen of Ithaca, MI, brother-in-law Doug and Sue Fisher of Alma, MI, 5 sisters-in-law; Vicky and Dave Whitman of Ithaca, MI. Kathy and Mel Grandy of Rapid City, MI, Fayann and Rick McDowell of Williamston, MI, Diane and Dave Post of Ithaca, MI, and Anna Siefka of St. Louis, MI.  Marian was preceded in death by her father Parks Allen, step-father Cleo Riddle, daughter Mellisa Fisher, and brother-in-law Art & Margaret Fisher.
