Marilyn Clark

Marilyn Lou Clark age 81, of Elsie, MI, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at Sparrow Health Systems, Lansing, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Elsie, MI, on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 12:00 P.M., with Pastor Keith Whipple officiating.  Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Elsie, MI. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Marilyn was born in Elsie, MI on February 7, 1936 the daughter of Harry and Mary (Umstattd) Wadell.  She graduated from Elsie High School with the class of 1953. She went on to attend Lansing Business College, receiving a degree as an executive secretary. Marilyn married Donald Clark on October 8, 1957 in Eureka, MI.  She enjoyed word puzzles, journaling, antiquing and spending time with her family. Marilyn was a lifetime member of Eureka Christian Church.

Marilyn is survived by her husband Don Clark of Elsie, MI, daughters; Teresa and Bryan Colf of Laingsburg, MI, Kim and Keith Streng of Commerce Township, MI, Bonnie and Joe Witcpalek of Clarkston, MI, Lisa and Tom Crawford of Lowell, MI, grandchildren; Matthew, Andrea (Pat), Lindsey, Zachary, Marisa, Derek, Michael, Evan, siblings; Lyle and Kathy Wadell, Charles and Gail Wadell, Janice and Dave Yallup, and Betty and Mervin Hallead.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters in law; Merrill and Margie Clark, Earl and Donna Clark, and Beryl and Dixie Clark.

Memorials may be made to a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
