Marjorie Soule

Marjorie "Marge" E. Soule age 74 of St. Louis, Michigan died Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at Pine River Healthcare Center, St. Louis, Michigan.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca Chapel. Rev. Richard Jolliff will officiate with burial at Emerson Township Cemetery, Gratiot County, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 8, 2005 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
Marge was born in Ithaca, Michigan on April 26, 1930 the daughter of Robert & Lucille ( Fisher ) Olson. She was raised in Ithaca and spent the rest of her life in St. Louis, MI. She graduated from Ithaca High School with the class of 1948. Marjorie married Charles Soule on October 2, 1950 in Ithaca, Michigan. He died July 30, 1994. She volunteered at many fundraisers and was very supportive of Saginaw St. Marya�(TM)s Hospital. She was a very devoted grandmother, who loved spending time with her family. She also was an avid vegetable & flower gardener. In the past she enjoyed raising animals on the farm. Marge was past member of Beebe United Methodist Church and the secretary & treasurer for Emerson Township Cemetery.
She is survived by 2 daughters; Denise & Roger Burkholder of Mt Pleasant, MI, Bernette Grover of St. Louis, MI, 5 grandchildren; Brent & Gina Burkholder of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Brett & Heidi Burkholder of Williamston, MI, Randy Burkholder of Grand Rapids, MI, Jared Miller of St. Louis, MI, Matthew Miller of St. Louis, MI, 11 great grandchildren; Joshua, Cody, Nicholas, Savannah, Haden, Hunter, Holden, Mackenzie, Alexandria, Jordan, & Jace, 2 sister; Madelyn & Owen Wood of Alma, MI, Lorene Warba of Harrison, MI, and 1 brother Robert Olson of St. Louis, MI. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, son Clifford Soule, brother-in-law Jules Warba, and son-in-law Joe Grover
The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca Chapel.
