Mark Polash

Mark Raymond Polash age 56, of Elsie, MI, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at Sparrow Health Systems, Lansing, MI.

A private memorial service will take place at a later date.

Mark was born in Owosso, MI on March 12, 1960, the son of Louis and Erma (Gasper) Polash. Mark graduated from Houghton Lake High School with the class of 1979.

Mark was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming and gardening.  He loved western movies and War Documentaries. Mark was a heavy equipment operator for IBEW Local 876.

He is survived by siblings; Pat and Bob Federspiel of Chesaning, MI, Cathrine and Dave Perkett of Lapeer, MI, Dave and Maureen Polash of Ashley, MI, Mike and Deb Polash of Ashley, MI, Cec Polash of Ashley, MI, Thomas Polash of Ashley, MI, Fran and Ken Albaugh of Beaverton, MI, Louis and Clara Polash of Ashley, MI, Julie and Hank Matulewicz, of Elsie, MI, Milly and Tom Siegrist of Freeland, MI, Stephanie and Ron Burgess of Sumner, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers; Jimmy, Jerry, Paul and sister Pam.
