Mary Elizabeth Bellinger, age 86, of Ashley, MI died on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Ashley Care Center in Ashley, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca Chapel on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Lee Palmer will officiate. Burial will take place at North Star Cemetery, North Star, MI. Visitation will be held on Friday,, November 27, 2009 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca Chapel.

Mary was born in Flint, Michigan on March 26, 1923, the daughter of David and Eveline (Denman) Keck. She resided most of her life in Gratiot County. Mary married Kenneth Leonard Bellinger on September 27, 1941 in Perrinton, MI. He passed away March 12, 1991. Mary enjoyed fishing, gardening, flowers, poetry, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Jack and Sharon Bellinger of Ashley, MI, 2 daughters; Mary and Richard Williams of Ithaca, MI, Kelly and Albert Moore of St. Johns, MI, daughter in law Marcy Bellinger of Ithaca, MI, 8 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, and a brother Frank and Dorothy Keck of Lake Victoria, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Kenneth LeRoy Bellinger, 3 brothers, and 4 sisters.
