Mary Limmex

Mary Jane Limmex (nee Renwick), long time resident of Highland Heights, Ohio and recent resident of Judson Park Retirement Community, departed this life December 12, 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Limmex and preceded in death by her husband, Thomas. Jane retired from the Cleveland Public Schools after teaching 25 years at Jane Addams Vocational School. She was also a Registered Dietician and had been honored as a 50-year member of the American Dietetic Association. Jane served as 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, during WW II and as a hospital dietitian.

A Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul Episcopal Church, Corunna, MI on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Visitation will be held on Friday Evening from 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel. Burial will be held at Pine Tree Cemetery, Corunna, MI. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church on Saturday, January 4, 2009, at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church, 435 SOM Center Road, Mayfield Village, Cleveland, Ohio or to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 12200 Fairhill Road, Cleveland, OH 44120. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
