Mary Salters

Mary Ann Salters died February 1, 2009 at the age of 81. She was born in St. Johns on December 18, 1927, the daughter of Floyd and Florence (Henning) Eiseler. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and V.F.W. Post #4113 Womens Auxilliary. Mary Ann married Stewart Salters in St. Johns on June 22, 1946 and he preceded her in death on March 15, 2002.

Surviving are daughters, Valerie Muckle of Lansing, Lynette (Lee) Grubaugh of Elsie and Lorraine Salters also of Lansing, one son, Richard (Deanna) Salters of Florida, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren, two brothers, Bernard Eiseler and Norman (Sally) Eiseler, one sister, Theresa (Skip) Lundy. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her daughter Mary Jane Larsen, three brothers and three sisters.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, burial at Mt. Rest with Rev. Fr. Eoin Murphy officiating. The family will receive friends 1-4 and 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at Osgood Funeral Home.Contributions may be made to Sparrow Hospice.
