MaryAnn Wieber, 88, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2010. MaryAnn was born on February 10, 1922 in Westphalia, Michigan the daughter of John and Martha (Fedewa) Bohr. She was a member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Christian Mothers, and Past President of Daughters of Isabella. MaryAnn enjoyed music and did extensive volunteer work. She was a former loan department employee with American Bank & Trust of Lansing. Her marriage of 50 years to Giles E. Wieber on June 24, 1950 ended with his death December 8, 2000.

MaryAnn is survived by her son, Michael (Debra) Wieber, one granddaughter, Angela Wieber, all of Lansing, Three sisters, Rosella Bohr of Lansing, Adelaide (Bruce) Anderson of Redford, and Joan Bohr of Lansing. In addition to her husband, Mary Ann was preceded in death by her two sisters, Dorothy Schrauben and Romilda Manning.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, February 23, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, burial at Most Holy Trinity Cemetery with Fr. Dennis Howard presiding. The family will receive friends 7-9 PM Sunday evening and 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Monday evening at the Goerge Chapel of Osgood Funeral Homes, Fowler with rosaries being prayed 8 PM Sunday and 3 and 8 PM Monday. Sympathy may be expressed in the form of memorial contributions to the Most Holy Trinity Education Fund or the Sparrow Hospice Foundation.
