Maynard Nobach

Maynard H. Nobach, died August 15, 2011, at the age of 84. Born January 14, 1927, in Lansing, MI, the son of John and Vera (Wing) Nobach. Maynard married Dorothy on September 25, 1948, in Lansing, MI and she preceded him in death on May 4, 2007. Maynard enjoyed many things in life, such as fishing, croquet, playing Euchre, country music, reading American history and spending time with his grandchildren.

Maynard is survived by his sons, Michael (Ginny) Nobach of St. Johns, Thomas (Karen) Nobach of Fowler, Roger (Rose) Nobach of St. Johns, Russell (Brooke) Nobach of Fowler, Tim (Marla) Nobach of Gregory, 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, sisters, Letesha (Murl) Tanner of Holt, Nancy (Mort) McKillop of Bellvue, MI, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, sisters, Arlene, Alice Jean, and brothers, Kenneth and Gordon.

The family will receive friends from 9 - 11 am Friday, August 19th at the Goerge Chapel of the Osgood Funeral Homes in Fowler. His burial will follow at Most Holy Trinity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the V.F.W. Post #3733. The family was served by The Osgood Funeral Homes.
