Michael Neil Kellogg, age 63, of Perrinton, MI passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Eaton Community Palliative Care, Charlotte, MI.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Ithaca, MI on March 28, 2015 at 12:00 P.M with Rev. Fr. John Ederer and Rev. Fr. Andrzej Boroch officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 10 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. prior to the service.
Michael was born in Battle Creek, MI on November 27, 1951, the son of Glenn Kellogg and Phyllis Joan (Hogle) McKim. He graduated from Eastern High School. Michael married Diane (Conroy) on October 19, 1985 at St. Vincent De Paul in Shepherd, MI.
Mike liked to spend time at Brevort Lake and Derby Lake. He enjoyed hunting, bare-foot skiing, boating, and hydroplaning. Mike worked at Federal Forge in Lansing for 28 years. Mike was so proud of the farm he worked so hard for, to give his family. He loved spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, Ithaca, MI.
He is survived by his wife Diane Kellogg, sons; Sean and (Allyson) Kellogg, Aaron and (Lori) Kellogg, Josh and (Shaina) Kellogg, Nic Kellogg, Jeremy Price, mother Phyllis Joan (Bernie) McKim, grandchildren; Logan, Casandra, Kirstin, Luke, Breeanna, and Hunter, brother Steve and (Patricia) Kellogg and sister Renee Parker. He was preceded in death by his father Glenn, step father Martin Serviss, and grandparents Lawrence and Alice Cosgrove.
