Michael Dee Pluger

     Michael Dee Pluger, age 71, of Dimondale, MI, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Divine Life Assisted Living of Haslett, Haslett, MI.

     Funeral Services will held Monday, March 21, 2022, at Smith Family Funeral Homes – Osgood Chapel, at 2:00 P.M., with Pastor Scott Seelhoff officiating.  Burial will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at a later date.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

     Michael was born in Cadillac, Michigan on November 6, 1950, the son of Andrew and Luella Elaine (Scott) Pluger.  On August 26, 1976, Michael married Mary Beth VanSickle in Lansing, MI.  She passed away on April 12, 2019 after 42 years of marriage.

      Mike loved MOPAR cars, especially his 1971 Charger L/T and 1969 Barracuda. He enjoyed woodworking and wildlife photography.

      He is survived by his daughter Jeanine Hilton of Lansing, MI; daughter-in-law Mary Hilton, MI; two grandchildren: Hailie Robinson and Brent Robinson; two brothers: Mark (Claudia) Pluger and Marvin (Kay) Pluger; one brother-in-law Marlin Woods, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Mary Beth, son SFC Matthew Lee Hilton, and one sister Marsha Woods.
