Nancy M. Rudy died Sunday, December 11, 2011 in Charlotte at the age of 73. Nancy was born in Pellston, Michigan on April 14, 1938, the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Greenier) Wilson. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Nancy loved to spend time with her family, her cat, Muffin, play cards and bingo, she also loved to go camping. Nancy married Duane Rudy, Sr. in Pellston, Michigan on June 27, 1955 and he preceded her in death on June 12, 2007.

Nancy is survived by her daughters, Denise (Joe) Bancroft of Perry, MI, Debra (James) Lumbert and Brenda (Terry) Birdsley of St. Johns; sons, Mark (Ellen) Rudy of Elsie, Duane (Mary) Rudy of Alanson, MI and Scott (Heather) Rudy of Charlotte, MI, 30 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Nancy is also survived by brothers, Ronald "Pinkie" (Susan) Wilson, Donald "Blackie" Wilson, William "Billy" (Jill) Wilson and many nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, great grandson, Dakota Rudy; sisters, Betty Jenkins, Maxine Clapp and Delores Jurstik; brothers, Wilbur, Bob, Harold and Chuck Wilson.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 14 at the Osgood Funeral Home in St. Johns. Rev. Fr. Eoin Murphy will be officiating. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday with a rosary prayed at 7 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be made to a charity of her family's choice. A very special thank you to Hospice Advantage and the Eaton Community Hospice. The family is being served by the Osgood Funeral Homes.
