Nyle Kinney

Our beloved mother died Sunday, February 1, 2009 at the age of 83. She was born in Ionia, Michigan on January 4, 1926 the daughter of Alvin and Beryl Moore. Connie lived in St. Johns all of her adult life before moving to Arizona on November 1, 2008. Connie married Lyle James Leonard in 1948. He preceded her in death in 1953. In 1956 she married William J. Kinney who preceded her in death in 1995.

Surviving her are four children, Lyle James Leonard, Hillsborough, New Jersey, Susan Kay (Leonard) Brewer Blanchard, Oklahoma, Janet Marie (Leonard) Botti,Superstition Mountain, Arizona and Raymond LeRoy Kinney, Long Beach, California; grandchildren Dr. Jimmy Leonard, New Jersey, Jonathan Leonard, New Jersey, Shari Hilderbran Texas, Brett Ladiski, Oklahoma, Shannon Wallace, Texas and Clint Brewer, Oklahoma, Michael Botti, California and Christopher Botti, Colorado. Five great children with twins due in May. Connie has one sister Dorothy Lipar living in Florida and brothers Bill and Richard Moore living in Arizona. Connie's sister Margaret Hurst and brothers Melvin Moore and Jack Moore preceded her in death.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Osgood Funeral Home, burial at Mt. Rest Cemetery with Rev. Cayle Beagle officiating. Memorials may be made to Clinton Memorial Hospital. The family will receive family and friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
