Otto Witt

Otto Charles Witt, age 93, of Corunna, MI died Friday, June 1, 2012 at his home.

Private family services have been held.

Otto was born in Marion Springs, Michigan on November 27, 1918, the son of Otto F. and Frieda J. (Otto) Witt. He married Rose J. Mlynek on June 27, 1959 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Owosso, MI. Otto served his country in the US Army during WWII. He worked as a Millwright with Simplicity Engineering in Durand, retiring in 1980. Otto was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Owosso, MI.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Rose Witt of Corunna, MI, daughter, Jean and Dean Rowley of Corunna, MI, son, John and Mary Witt of Laingsburg, MI, grandchildren, Megan and Eric Kalenauskas of Grand Blanc, MI and Tory Rowley and Nicole Prouty of Sault Ste. Marie, MI. In addition to his parents, Otto was preceded in death by his sister, Louise Jones.
