Patricia Perez

Patricia Kay Perez, age 65, of Haslett, MI, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021, at Sparrow Health Systems, Lansing, MI.

A Memorial Service will be held at Central Free Methodist Church, 828 North Washington Ave., Lansing, MI 48906, Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Joanna DeWolf officiating.

Patricia was born in Carson City, Michigan on October 5, 1955, the daughter of Kenneth and Edna (McGuire) Wicke. She graduated from Ashley High School with the class of 1974.

Pat enjoyed watching tv, puzzles, games, plastic canvas and spending time outdoors. She liked listening to stories her daughter Jane co-wrote. Pat had a sweet tooth and she loved salt water taffy. She retired from Oldsmobile after many years of service. Her family was very special to her and she loved time spent with them. She was a member of Lansing Central Free Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children: Paul and Cathy Conaway Jr., Joseph and Devin Conaway, Jennifer and Lee Lara, Sara McMillan, Jane Labby, 17 grandchildren with one more on the way, 6 great grandchildren, siblings: Theresa McElhaney, Sandra Boulis, Donna Wicke, Bruce and Lori Wicke, and half brother Rex Irons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother in law Ron McElhaney.
