Paul Ewing

Paul Francis Ewing age 88, of Laingsburg, MI, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at his home.

A Memorial Celebration of His Life will be held on Friday July 20, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Victor Township Hall, Laingsburg, MI.

Paul was born in Olive Township, MI on January 16, 1930, the son of Earl Howard and Laura A. (Hubbard) Ewing.  Paul married Joanne Lamson on August 23, 1952; Joanne passed away on July 30, 2004.

Paul served his country in the U.S. Army.  He retired from General Motors Fisher Body and later worked at L & L Food Center.  He liked going to the monthly country music festivals.  Paul loved going to his grandkid's sporting events and especially enjoyed going to the lake with his sister.  He loved spending time with his great-grandkids.  Paul also was known to watch John Wayne movies.  He resided most of his life in Laingsburg.

Paul is survived by his son Michael and Nancy Ewing of Nashville, MI; 6 grandchildren: Rebecca and Alpha Camara of St. Louis, MI; Christopher and Becky Ewing of Nashville, MI; Andrew and Kathy Ewing of Tecumseh, MI; Nicholas Ewing of Nashville, MI; Kortney Davis of Nashville, MI; Brie Kissane of Haslett, MI; sister Velma and Kenny Allen of Lake, MI; and 7 great grandchildren: Kalvin, Karlee, Reese, Rylynn, Kollins, Jaxon, and Cedar.  Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Deborah Rowley and granddaughter Angel.
