Paul Rayburn

Paul H. Rayburn, age 91 of Ithaca, Michigan passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at Michigan Masonic Pathways in Alma, Michigan.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 27, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Ithaca First Presbyterian Church in Ithaca, Michigan. Elder Susan Loenshal & Pastor George Ayoub will officiate with burial at Ithaca Cemetery, Ithaca, Michigan. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 P.M. and Friday 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Masonic Service will be on Sunday March 28, 2004 at 1:30 P.M. at the Doig Chapel Michigan Masonic Pathways, Alma, Michigan.
Paul was born on May 19, 1912 in Ithaca, Michigan, the son of William and Mae
( Gleason ). He graduated from Ithaca High School in 1932. On August 13, 1932 he married Nedra Roof in Riverdale Michigan. He retired from Farmers Gas & Oil of Ithaca after 40 years of service where he worked as a Maintenance Supervisor. Paul was an avid gardener and enjoyed doing home repairs. He was a member of Ithaca First Presbyterian Church in Ithaca, Michigan. He resided most of his life in Ithaca, Michigan.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Nedra Rayburn of Alma, Michigan 1 Son: Gary Rayburn & Susan Hunter of Alma, Michigan, 1 Daughter: Dian Frayser of Boulder City, NV, 6 Grandchildren: Lesa & Mark Anders of Boulder City, NV, MaryJo & Jonathon Whitman of Boulder City, NV, John Kinney of Boulder City, NV, Matt & Cindy Kinney of Boulder City, NV, Brian & Sue Rayburn of Brethren, MI, and Brad Rayburn of Farwell, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, 6 brothers and 1 sister.
Memorials may be made to Michigan Masonic Pathways or Gratiot Hospice. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca Chapel.
